Whether it is a Fraternity, Sorority, Youth Group, Sports team/league, or School related Association; whether it is a local, state, regional, or national convention we would love to work with you.

 

Depending on the size of the event, Zeus will devote a team of planners to begin working up to 36 months in advance. These planners will handle every aspect of the convention. We will also provide an onsite planner during the actual event in order to absolutely ensure that everything runs as it should.

Overall schedule, local attraction guide, welcome letter from event organizer, dinner table assignments (if necessary), along with any other special requests your organization has.

› Banquet planning services which includes:

Menu setup/pricing, table assignments, decorations, microphone/stage/projector setup, entertainment (if necessary), along with any other special requests your organization has.
